Microsoft created an enormous number of different Office 2016/Office 365 installation and activation options that all work differently. Some of these work with CrossOver, and others fail for a myriad of reasons. From the information provided, I cannot tell which specific type of activation each of you are attempting. We do have a known bug that prevents activation with CrossOver 18.0 and 18.1 that was caused by a change from Microsoft, so you will need to be using CrossOver 18.5. Microsoft changes the mechanisms surrounding activation constantly, which added to the multitude of different account types and activation methods has created a lot of trouble and agony. Symptoms

Starting from Office 2016 for Mac version 15.33, the authentication method no longer selects NTLM authentication when multiple WWW-Authenticate headers are present in the response. The issue occurs when the selected authentication method is unsuccessful.
